All official hotels have both single and double occupancy options. Please be as detailed as possible with your provided information on the following form so we can best plan your team’s stay in Montreal. Prices listed include your team’s participation fees, local transportation between hotel and venue, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Advertised prices are also inclusive of inclusive of all taxes and fees.
All fees listed in CAD and will be converted at time of transaction for equivalent EUR.
Federations seeking single occupancy at hotels may indicate this request in their submission form and will be quoted based on availability at each property.
Please note that airport transfer fees and/or any special dietary requests will be added to your quote based on your travel request.

Booking & Payment Schedule Overview
1. Deposit & Confirmation
- Initial Deposit: 50% of anticipated fees
- Due: Within 14 days of federation’s approval of the quote
- Important:
- Services are not confirmed until deposit is received.
- All initial deposits are due by April 15, 2026, regardless of when your federation has approved your quote. If deposit is not received by this date, all service requests will be released.
- After this date, requests may only be available based on property availability and may be subject to price increases.
- Wire transfers are subject to a $50 administration fee per transaction

- Missed deposit deadline: All requests released, subject to new availability and pricing.
- Room requests and changes: Strict deadlines—plan ahead to avoid extra costs.

All meal packages are standard meal packages. Special dietary or nutritional requirements may result in a cost increase. Please indicate any special dietary requirements on your submission form and our team will provide quoted meals specific to your needs.
If your federation requires transfers from the airport to your hotel, the following fees will be added to your quote based on your submission form:
Airport transportation fees: $57.50 one-way | $115 round trip per participant

Why are there strict deadlines?
Host organizers and Tournkey have been able to negotiate favourable rates for participating federations based on key timelines that allow the hotels to have an accurate idea of room inventory by a pre-determined date. This allows the hotel to release any unused rooms and sell them as a part of general inventory.
Can I request single and double rooms?
Yes! At the time of your request form submission, please indicate if you have any participants that will require single vs. double rooms. Single rooms are great for coaches and team managers!
Please note, single rooms will be subject to additional fees which will be reflected on your quote.
How do I make a payment?
Our team will provide you with an invoice. At the time of invoice, you may choose to pay via cheque or a wire transfer. If you choose to pay via wire transfer, a $50 administrative fee per payment will be added to your account to cover charges we are assessed at our bank.
It is important to remember that your payment for your initial deposit is due within 14 days after approval of your quote.
