All options are quoted on a per person basis, assuming 2 people per room. Prices listed include all taxes and fees. If you are traveling as an individual, please indicate this at the time of your submission. This will allow our team to quote appropriately for single occupancy. 

Registration fees will be paid through a separate system with the Event Organizer.

If you wish to have a single room, please indicate this in your submission form and our team will be happy to provide a quote reflective of same. Meal packages are not included in the rates shown but can be added upon request at an additional fee. If you require transportation to be provided for you/your team from the airport to your hotel, please indicate this in your submission form. Transportation rates are $50 one-way and $100 round trip + applicable taxes.

Booking & Payment Schedule Overview

1. Deposit & Confirmation

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of anticipated fees
  • Due: Within 14 days of federation’s approval of the quote
  • Important:
    • Services are not confirmed until deposit is received.
    • If not received by April 15, 2026, all service requests will be released.
    • After this date, requests may only be available based on property availability and may be subject to price increases.

4. Room Changes & Cancellations

  • Deadline to Add/Cancel Rooms: May 8, 2026
  • After May 8, 2026:
    • Changes may incur cancellation fees, increased prices, or additional fees
    • Subject to property discretion and room availability

Need clarification?

Why are there strict deadlines?

Host organizers and Tournkey have been able to negotiate favourable rates for participating federations based on key timelines that allow the hotels to have an accurate idea of room inventory by a pre-determined date. This allows the hotel to release any unused rooms and sell them as a part of general inventory.

Can I request single & double rooms?

Yes! At the time of your request form submission, please indicate if you have any participants that will require single vs. double rooms. Single rooms are great for coaches and team managers!

Please note, single rooms will be subject to additional fees which will be reflected on your quote.

How do I make a payment?

Our team will provide you with an invoice. At the time of invoice you may choose to pay via credit card or via an e-transfer. All credit card payments are subject to a 4% administrative fee, while e-transfers are available at no additional cost from Tournkey. Note: your bank may charge additional fees for e-transfer fees.
